LoomMaster · verifiable dice

The AI Game Master that can't fudge the dice.

Most AI game masters just type a number when they want one. LoomMaster can't. A deterministic engine rolls every die and enforces every rule; the AI only narrates what already happened - and you can re-verify it yourself, live.

Why this matters

When the same model that tells the story also decides the rolls, "you rolled a 19" means nothing - it could have written 19 because the scene wanted it. The tension is theatre. LoomMaster splits the two jobs: the engine owns the dice and the rules, the AI owns the words. A miss stays missed. A natural 1 is honored. The story has to deal with the number, not the other way around.

How the seal works

1
Seeded, server-rolled dice. Every roll comes from a seeded engine on the server - not chosen, not re-rollable by the narrator. Same inputs, same result, every time. The dice are deterministic; only the prose varies.
2
Each roll is chained. Every mechanical event is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and folded into the signature of the one before it - a tamper-evident chain. Editing any past roll changes its signature, which breaks every signature after it.
3
You re-verify it live - in your own browser. Open a campaign's Loom Seal and the server re-walks the entire chain, re-computing every signature against the real prior row. The signed dice are also published as a record you can re-check on your OWN device, with no trust in our server, on any seal page or at the universal verifier. If one number had been touched, the seal would read broken. It doesn't.

Verify a seal yourself

Have a LoomMaster seal link (it looks like /loommaster/seal.html?s=...)? Paste it - the public page re-verifies the chain in front of you and shows the live d20 histogram. No account needed.

No seal of your own yet? Pick any campaign on the Sealed Ladder and verify it, or open the universal verifier.
