1. Overview - digital goods delivered immediately
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all paid access to LoomMaster and TheWorldTable.ai. The prices and inclusions shown at checkout / on the pricing page at the time of purchase govern that purchase. All amounts are charged in US Dollars (USD) and processed by PayPal.
The Service is digital and delivers access and AI usage immediately upon purchase. Because of this, and except where a non-waivable consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right (see Section 3), fees already charged are generally non-refundable once access/usage has begun. The exceptions below (free cancellation of future renewals, the founder window, billing errors, unauthorized charges) always apply.
2. Subscriptions (monthly) - cancel anytime
LoomMaster's monthly subscription (currently USD $29.99/month) auto-renews until you cancel. You may cancel at any time:
- In your PayPal account, cancel the automatic-payments / recurring agreement for TheWorldTable.ai; and/or
- Email [email protected] from your account email and we will cancel it for you.
Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of the current billing period, except where required by law (Section 3) or in the goodwill cases below. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and you have not meaningfully used the Service in that new period, contact us within 7 days - we handle these in good faith and will normally refund a renewal charged in error.
3. Consumers in the EU / EEA / UK (statutory withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right ends once performance has begun with your prior consent. By starting your subscription, founder purchase, top-up, or AI usage, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right to the extent the service has been supplied. Where the right is non-waivable or has not been lost (for example, you purchased but have not yet used the Service), we honor it: contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the unused purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
4. Mirror Shard (founder, one-time) - 14-day window
The Mirror Shard founder purchase (currently USD $249, one-time, lifetime web access) is refundable for fourteen (14) days from purchase provided you have not meaningfully used the paid access it grants - i.e. you have not drawn AI usage beyond the free trial and have not played substantial paid sessions. Once paid access has been meaningfully used, the Shard is non-refundable (you have received the lifetime benefit you paid for). To request it, email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction id within the window, or start the refund in PayPal. A refund reverses the founder entitlement and any associated cosmetics/badge.
5. BYO (Bring Your Own AI, one-time) - 14-day window, void once used
BYO (Bring Your Own AI) - one-time, USD $49.99 - 14-day window, void once used. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have NOT yet used the BYO entitlement over MCP. BYO is solo only - co-op party play is a web-tier mode. Because BYO unlocks immediately and issues an MCP key, once you have dispatched any turn or tool call using the BYO entitlement it is treated as consumed and is no longer refundable. Both conditions apply: within 14 days AND not yet used.
To request it, email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction id within the window, or start the refund in PayPal.
6. Top-up packs (Drop Packs, one-time)
Top-up packs (Drop Packs) are not currently offered. They are deferred to the multiplayer / MMORPG era and are not sold today; there is no entry point to purchase them in solo play, so there is nothing to refund. If they are introduced later, they will be consumable virtual currency and non-refundable once spent. In-world currency and items (drops, Veil Essence, gold, loot) have no cash value and are not refundable as standalone currency outside the mechanisms in this policy.
7. Free trial
The free trial is provided at no charge and requires no payment method, so there is nothing to refund. You only pay if you choose to subscribe or purchase.
8. Billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions
We always correct these. If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same item, or see a charge you did not authorize, contact [email protected] within 30 days with your PayPal transaction id. Verified billing errors, duplicates, and unauthorized charges are refunded in full.
9. How to request a refund - and timing
Email [email protected] from the email on your account, with your PayPal transaction id and a one-line description of the issue. We respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days, plus your bank's processing time. Refunds are recorded against the original purchase in our tamper-evident ledger via reversal entries (we never delete ledger rows), keeping the audit trail intact.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a bank or PayPal chargeback - we resolve genuine billing issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and entitlements pending resolution. We process chargebacks through the same reversal flow as refunds.
11. Business and governing law
The Service is operated by Sunisa Chaichan, holding the trade name TheWorldTable.ai under Thai Department of Business Development (DBD) individual commercial registration (verify at /dbd.html), 31 Moo 6, Tumbon Ao Luek Tai, Ampur Ao Luek, Krabi, Thailand. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be addressed through the courts of Thailand.
